Community 88

Community 88 is a real estate development project that seeks to create reasonably priced housing within the greater Boston suburban and outlying areas. Team Dojo 88 (an affiliate of Kiai Communications LLC)operates as the lead consulting firm with oversight responsibilities for the complete Community 88 project including: the full architectural design, construction, and buildout of all properties.

Community 88 will include many unique features:  fixed prices, 4 custom-designs, eco-friendly construction, esthetically appealing (Asian Zen Garden, Adirondack, Contemporary, Earthwise, motifs) and artistically landscaped grounds. Community 88 establishes pleasing garden homes for a socially responsible community of first-time millennial home buyers. 

Diligently working as the lead project consultant, Team Dojo 88 is a highly motivated development team, committed to reducing the financial strain of buying a home in today’s real estate marketplace. Through our work, we plan to extend Suffolk University’s Mission to “change lives and positively impact communities”.  COMMUNITY 88 will generate alternative revenue streams for Suffolk University while providing unique affordable home buying options in MA.
